Guesthouse + Patio- Perfect for Outdoor Gatherings

Our darling, sunny, detached, private studio guest house, the NoHouse, is ready for your baby shower, gender reveal or other family oriented event! Our 400 square ft, studio guest house, with double French doors, features a full size canopy bed and a small living room. There is a full bathroom with tub.

You also have your own private 1000 square foot outdoor patio with seating. The patio has a small charcoal grill. The patio area overlooks the back of some businesses in the alley, and is a bit city like, so we've turned the furniture towards the house for a nicer view. :)

There is a TV with Netflix and wifi, there is a Keurig, mini fridge, microwave and toaster, however there is no kitchen or kitchen sink.

There is free street parking, a large free parking lot nearby or there is private parking for 1 car or one large van/truck by the guest house right next to the patio. It is accessible behind a manual gate.

During the warmer months, the room is air conditioned with a portable ac unit in the corner of the room. When it's colder, the room is kept toasty with free standing heaters.

Please note we are under the flight path of Burbank Airport, so you may hear a plane go by. There is also a rooster that lives in the neighborhood.

If you are hosting during the evening, we encourage you to add-on the LED patio lights, as the patio can be very dark at night.

You can bring in your own table and chair rentals, we also have a small collection of add-on rentals you can add to your booking.

**Please note bedding, pillows, etc are changed out often.

***All furniture and decor {except for the bed and wall TV} can be removed from the space. We just ask you factor the time to reset the space in your booking.
