This huge 6 bedroom home is set on a large corner lot, with an enclosed private back yard with beautiful shade trees. It is a spacious and open floor plan, great for entertaining. 3 fire places, 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, plus a 1 bed tiny house in the back. Master has a deep sunken bath tub, marble corner kitchen, grand piano in large dining room, stone mantle in living room, french doors to nice patio, large oak tree with low limb great for climbing. Open to overnight stays and parties and events up to 75 people. Pets ok. This single level home, is great for filming as a neighborhood suburban home. For filming there is some freeway traffic noise in the back yard, however inside and the front yard it is not heard. No one lives here, this house is kept for filming and events, so feel free to move things, work late etc. It is also available for overnight stays and sleeps up to 16 people.
